Why I use it for stills
Film character can give a photographic series more continuity without making every frame identical
For travel and street work, I am often editing photographs made in very different light over the course of a day. Dehancer gives me a way to create a more coherent visual response across the set without flattening every frame into exactly the same preset.
For more polished photography, I keep RAW development and technical retouching separate, then use Dehancer as a final creative film and print stage when the image benefits from it.
